RUST1:1 IRL propRust bchillz Skin SAR
About this piece
bchillz SAR: Rust's bchillz streamer-community skin on the SAR, hand-painted as a 1:1 lifesize prop. 75cm full length, printed in PLA and hand-airbrushed in our Bavarian workshop. Finished for display rather than play.
Dark grey diamond plate, and a red B
The whole SAR sits in a dark grey to black, covered in a diamond-plate texture that runs across stock, receiver and handguard. A big red B stands on the side, three red diagonal stripes ahead of it. The handguard is perforated, the magazine painted in grey and white tiles. All of that is painted on. The red cords wound round the handguard, the black band on the barrel and the metal loops are the real thing.
Rust's mid-game rifle, in a streamer skin
Officially the weapon is the Semi-Automatic Rifle, SAR for short, and it is Rust's mid-game workhorse. The bchillz skin is one of Rust's streamer-community skins for the SAR, tied to the bchillz stream and the game's creator scene. Our replica gets the boxy receiver and the straight stock right, with proportions held close to the game model.
Hand-finished in Bavaria
Every bchillz SAR prop is finished here: PLA at a full 75cm, airbrushed, sealed, then cords, band and loops fitted by hand. It arrives in a few parts that plug together, no glue. On a shelf, across a desk, or in your stream backdrop. Official Rust merchandise, built to display for years.
What players ask about the bchillz SAR
What is the bchillz SAR in Rust? A streamer-community skin for the Semi-Automatic Rifle, tied to the bchillz stream. The SAR is Rust's mid-game workhorse.
How is it different from the Default SAR? The paint. Same 75cm SAR underneath; the Default is the plain one, the bchillz carries the diamond plate and the red B.
What's the difference between the SAR and the AK? Different weapons, different silhouettes: the SAR has the boxier receiver and the straighter profile, the AK the curved magazine and heavier frame. We stock both as 75cm lifesize props.

Frequently asked
Is this a functional firearm?
No. Every piece we make is a non-firing display prop. Nothing inside moves or fires, the barrel is not bored through, and there are no working parts. It is built to be looked at, not fired.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, Germany 1–3 days, the rest of Europe 3–7 days, and 7–14 days everywhere else. Tracked by the regional carrier depending on destination country.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to 40+ countries from our workshop in Bavaria.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
14 days, no questions asked. Item must be returned in its original packaging. Customs on international returns are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I clean and care for it?
A microfiber cloth and a dry brush is all you need. Avoid solvents, alcohol-based cleaners and direct sunlight for long periods. Our matte sealer is robust but it's not invincible.
Can I commission a custom finish?
Absolutely. Drop into our Discord, open a ticket with your reference images, and we'll come back with a quote and timeline. No upfront fees for the quote.
