Yes. The shop is run by lootroom GmbH, a company registered in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany, under the VAT ID DE355859372. The managing director, the commercial register entry and the full postal address are published in our legal notice, as German law requires. We have been trading since 2018.
For Rust and Garry's Mod, yes. lootroom GmbH is officially affiliated with, endorsed by and licensed by Facepunch Studios, the studio behind both games.
For every other game we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with the rights holders. Those pieces are fan art. That includes our Counter-Strike, Star Wars, Overwatch and Cyberpunk 2077 items, and we do not describe them as official.
PLA, a plant-based polylactide made from corn starch. We print the parts on our own machines in Bavaria and then hand-airbrush them, which is why no two pieces come out identical.
Nothing is cast in steel, wood or stone, whatever the paint suggests. The one exception is our metal sign line, which really is printed on aluminium.
The scale is true to the game (1:1 lifesize), and the measured dimensions are listed on every product page.
The finish is a hand-painted interpretation of the in-game skin, inspired by the original rather than a pixel-exact copy. Small differences between two pieces of the same model are part of a hand-finished object.
No. They are decorative objects with no moving parts and no working mechanism. They cannot be fired and they cannot be converted into anything that can. We build them to sit on a shelf, hang on a wall or stand in a gaming setup.
Small parts can break off if a prop is handled roughly, so these are not toys and not suitable for small children. The age rating for each item is shown on its product page.
One practical note: the orange barrel caps in our product photos are there because advertising platforms require them. Your prop ships without one.
Everything ships from Bavaria, Germany. We ship worldwide and have delivered to more than 40 countries so far. Standard shipping is free from €100; below that it is charged at checkout.
Prices inside the EU already include VAT. Outside the EU your customs authority may charge import duties and taxes on delivery. Those are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Mostly yes. Australian law covers weapon replicas as well, so we split those parcels across several packages at no extra cost. That is how we have shipped there for years and it works.
The exception is smaller props that cannot be dismantled. Those we cannot send to Australia, and we say so on the product page where it applies. If you are unsure, ask us before you order.

Digital STL downloads are the one exception. Once the file has been delivered it cannot be returned.
Reviews on our product pages are collected through Judge.me and published as they come in. We also have a public Trustpilot profile that anyone can read without buying anything.

Yes. Our STL packs are the same files we print from. They are licensed for one person's private use: no commercial use, no reselling and no passing them on, modified or not. Prints made from them may not be sold either.
