The cup is a rough wood-look, greyish brown with a strong vertical grain and dark splits running down it, as if it had been hollowed out of a block. Dark red crosses sit around the belly, with a red band running between them, and the rim is painted the same red on the inside. It stands on a ribbed base ring, darker than the rest, printed as part of the cup and painted to match.
